**VIP Packages are non-transferable. The name in the billing information will be the name on the VIP list.
For events that are Will Call method of delivery, you will be able to pick up your tickets the night of the show at the venue by showing an ID.
For events that offer mail method of delivery you should receive your tickets one week prior to the event.
